McGovern of Cheyenne, Wyoming (United States of America), to Blaine, making arrangements for Mr. Cawley to study for his diocese; enclosing a draft for him; asking to help placing him in the Irish College, Rome. – Recommending Cawley and asking whether there is a vacancy for him even for a year.
