James O'Kane to examine the matter; letter written on sheet with list of facts relative to the deceased's charitable bequests. Enclosing holograph letter from Sheeran and O'Kane to Bishop [McHugh], outlining their findings and recommending the payment of a sum to some next of kin. Asking Hagan to obtain sanction to their recommendation.
