Holograph letter from T.H. Ellis, Dublin, to (Hagan). Explaining that for an old and unfair charge his bishop withdrew permission from him to say Mass, and other faculties. He can now ask for these to be returned to him; asking Hagan to help expedite matters at the Holy Office.
