Description
Holograph letter from Margrieta Beer, 65 College Court, Hammersmith (London) W.6 (England), to Hagan, with best wishes for the New Year. Also introduing Mr. Noel Buxton, former Labour Minister of Agriculture. He will be interested in the current political situation in Italy: Eva Gore-Booth recommended sending him to Professor Buonaiuti, but that association might exacerbate the danger the latter lives in already. Gore-Booth was very ill. Lady Clare Annesley is Labour candidate in Bristol, 'in the hope of converting her constituency to Pacifism'.
