Description
Holograph letter from Cardinal Patrick O'Donnell, Ara Coeli, Armagh, to Hagan, commenting on the Bishop of Derry's death: 'no matter how poor his health he was always every inch a man'. He has telegraphed Cardinal DeLai. Reference to his protocol; he might have to trouble him about it again. There is no need to send him the copy of the centenary volume of St. Isidore. Finally stating that the sanction for his [...] American mission in Rome is not direct but is all that is needed.
