Holograph letter from W.B. MacFeely, The Presbytery, Waterside, Derry, to (Hagan), forwarding the rescript dealing with the McLoughlin case. Stating that Bishop McHugh's death was not unexpected, having suffered from lung disease. 'He was a great friend of yours'; hoping for a good-hearted and broad-minded successor.
