Description
Holograph letter from Donal A. Reidy for the bishop, The Palace, Killarney (County Kerry), to (Hagan), in payment of fees, and enclosing a petition for dispensation to ordain Robert Walshe, a Maynooth student. With regard to the Irish College's intention to secure a number of the best students in Ireland for Rome, alerting him to the fact that many bishops will be keen to retain students at least until they passed their B.A. so that they can register as teachers subsequently, in need to secure government grants for schools.
