Typescript letter from (unsigned) [J. McShane], St. Columb's College, Derry, to (Hagan), asking him if the College could take over a bequest of Masses from the deceased William Feeney, left to Bishop McHugh. Adding 'we are still plodding along without a Bishop. Rome is never in a hurry.'
