Description
Holograph letter from Philip O'Doherty, Omagh (County Tyrone), to (Hagan), enclosing sum for Mass intentions, adding details. Stating he was present when Dr. McHugh died – 'he ruled wisely and well', only that bad health dogged his steps. Besides Hagan, it is Drs. O'Kane and McShane who are mentioned as possible successors. Stating he will purchase a set of the Dublin Review through Baker's of London.
