Holograph letter from 'Kevin' [...], [...], to Mr. Keohane [Dublin]. Asking for information on recent poli- tical developments in Italy, particularly on Pius XI relaxing the 'Non Espedit' and on the Catholic Party's endeavours to improve the material conditions. Hoping to use the Italian precedent for developing a case; also interested in dethroned royalty and governments. (Covering letter not extant.)
