Description
Holograph letter from Bessie O'Neill, The Manor House, Greencastle, Tirconnail (County Donegal), to (Hagan). In gratitude for his kindness in Rome; her journey was uneventful. She might spend the winter in the Holy Land, asked to undertake work 'founded to frustrate English protestant influence among the Arabs'. Praying for a united nation in Ireland 'even with individual aspirations'.
