Typescript draft and typescript copy letter from (Hagan), Rome, to Fr. Dineen [...], concerning his nephew, currently at the Mater Hospital but a student in Rome. Apologising for a negative report about him sent to Sydney by Curran with- out Hagan's sanction, but admitting that the nephew may not be suited to any ecclesiastical career, let alone a professorship in Sydney. Stressing his good- will towards Dineen junior. [3-10 August 1926]
