Description
Holograph letter from W. Miller, Braganza House, Carlow, to Hagan. Asking in the case of student Mr. Gerald Synott whether dimissorial letters can be obtained from Rome; he could be ordained now and take an English mission. Enclosing payment of congregational fees; explaining it includes a fee for a rescript the procedure of which brought Reverend L. Nolan into prominence. Offering more information for the Congregation of the Council.
