Typescript letter from (unsigned) [coadjutor Bishop Downey], Bishop's House, Kilkenny, to Hagan, enclosing rescript concerning Holy Orders and asking to obtain an extension (not extant). Also enclosing cheque for a congregational fee. Canon Peter Doyle told him all the news from Rome.
