Description
Holograph letter from P.E. Magennis, Convento de PP. Carmelitas, Jerez de la Frontera (Spain), to (Hagan), expecting to be in Rome at the end of the month. Humorous remarks about statement by Keohane; commenting that 'the other fellows' have been blowing 'our trumpets so long that I am tired of their music': 'in any case our music will please ourselves and annoy them instead of their music annoying us and pleasing themselves'. Praising 'Wine from the royal Pope'.
