Description
Holograph letter from John Lennon, Mountmellick (County Louth), to Hagan); he will travel with the nuns from London. Stating Monsignor Murphy is not very well; he will see him before he leaves. Asking him to obtain papal blessing for DeValera's secretary Miss Clifford and her marriage with Dr. Comer, Rathdowney. Recommending Dr. Comer as a stalwart supporter, having suffered 'in both the regimes of terror'.
