Description
Typescript letter signed Liam C. MacCosgair, Roinn an Uachtaráin, Sráid Muirbhthean Uach(tar), Dublin, to Monsignor Tizi, Rome. In strongest terms expressing amazement over the slander; the fact that his own name was connected with it is a case of slander against himself. Adding that 'whenever your name has been mentioned by me, it was mentioned with respect and veneration and with an expression of the gratitude due to you for your great kindness and un- failing courtesy to me and my countrymen'. Expressing his sympathy for the worry caused.
