dc.description[no date pre-1922] Newspaper cutting from [British newspaper], with an article entitled '[... ] and the Budget' (partly torn, with markings in pencil), sympathising with the Irish politicians complaining about Lloyd George's recent decision to raise taxes on whiskey and tobacco.
