Enclosing two documents (one envelope is extant with fragment dealing with the second matter): arranging matter of congregational fees for dispensations granted by him; petition from Mother (Mary) Columba Sharkett, Sisters of Mercy, to be allowed to sell investments towards a new convent at Mullaghmore and a new chapel in Boyle; few further details.
