Typescript [copy] letter signed by Hagan, Rome, to 'my dear Lord' [...]. In the matter of celebrating foundation Masses on doubles (major or minor), asking for more information on the original faculty on behalf of the Congregation of the Council. Apologising for the trouble; they have had many worries arising from a faulty postal service. (Pencil notes point to the matter being resolved in June.)
