Description

Holograph letter from Brother Boniface, Novitiate of the Brothers of St. Patrick, Tullow, County Carlow, to Hagan. Enclosing handwritten account of Christopher Magner's past character and past career, both objectionable to the brothers, although he passes his scholarship examination for teachers; also quoting his previous poor reference for Magner. Adding that they hope to have the Ballyfin house ready for school after next Easter.
