Holograph letter from M. Hannan P.P., St. Mary's, Limerick, to Hagan. Enclosing application for a marriage dispensation (not extant); the bishop is disinclined to dispense himself, not wishing to make these things too easy. Finding that the marriage to the Protestant in question would be quite a chance for his bride.
