Enclosing typescript letter signed [Contighi], Ministero della Giustizia, Rome, to Ugo Cominelli, councillor of the Supreme Court of Appeal, informing him that the application from the Irish College for acquisition of property in Elena (Gaeta) has been passed on to the Court of Appeal in Gaeta. – Commenting on further procedure.
