Wishing to emphasise his archives work; enclosing letter to Fr. Katterbach, S. Monica, to gain a testimonial for his work and in addition to the diploma he holds. Were the Theological Faculty to agree on him, then the bishops would not be consulted. Mentioning that he saw Fr. Edmund Lynch and Mr. Fergus Ryan.
