Discussion of Kansas City politics. Brannon writes about a non-Tribunal client who is a German Jew living in Japan. His client was placed in a Japanese concentration camp for a while. His client works for another German who is about to be deported back to Germany and is enlisting Brannon’s help to keep his employer in Japan.
