    Abstract
Abe Krash worked for Arnold, Fortas & Porter, and assisted Abe Fortas in researching the issues and writing the brief for Gideon v. Wainwright Gideon v. Wainwright 372 U.S. 335 (1963). At the same time, he emphasized that “all of the hopes that we had have not been fulfilled.”
