La Escuela Frente al Trabajo Infantil: Estudio de Casos en el Sureste de la Ciudad de Córdoba
This paper presents a case study about how the school addresses today the specific problem of child labor. Through interviews with principals and teachers of three public schools located in the southeast of Córdoba City, the paper analyzes the place that child labor occupy between the problems identify by the schools; the discourses circulating on the issue; and the strategies implemented by the selected schools to included children and adolescent workers.The conclusions realize the little problematization of the problem within the institutions, the persistence of positive perceptions about child labor by teachers, and the presence of informal and particular strategies that does not necessarily correspond with the child education rights.
