Globalization's Winners and Losers: Challenges for Developed and Developing Countries - GeorgetownX - INFX523-01
In this section we will be examining the effect of globalization on jobs in developed countries. Does globalization result in better jobs for workers in developed and developing countries, or worse jobs? We examine what classical economic theory predicts about wage inequality compared to the empirical evidence. In order to make the most of your time in this course, we suggest that you review the key questions and associated readings before engaging with the week’s lectures and activities.
