Held in Gaston Hall and sponsored by the Lecture Fund. Senator Buckley begins by explaining he is going to set aside his planned topic of the energy crisis and instead explain his call on the Senate floor earlier in the day that President Richard Nixon resign. His remarks are followed by a lengthy question-and-answer session.
