dc.description.abstractThe University of Navarre Medical School Clinic in Pamplona, Spain, routinely gives discharged patients a complete report of their diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis. The medical staff believes that these reports contribute to better care and more satisfactory physician-patient relationships.
