Mr. Kennedy and Consumerism
Journal of Medical Ethics. 1981 Dec; 7(4): 180-181.

She would prefer to have the Health Service Commissioner authorized to investigate complaints about clinical judgment and to see a system of peer review instituted in the medical schools.
