No Fraud Found in Swiss Study

An international investigatory commission has found "no compelling evidence" that Karl Illmensee, an embryologist at the University of Geneva, deliberately fabricated data in a series of experiments he conducted in 1982. A brief summary is provided of the commission's findings and of the accusations by three of Illmensee's co-workers which led to the investigation. (KIE abstract)
