Concern at Gillick Judgment

A meeting of the British Medical Association's Central Committee for Community Medicine and Community Health found most members concerned about the likely effects of an appellate court judgment that it is now unlawful for doctors to give advice or treatment on contraception or abortion to individuals under 16 years of age without parental consent.
