dc.description.abstract | A British physician, active in the feminist movement, contrasts her
experiences working in the abortion service of a hospital and in its
outpatient clinic, and explains her attitude toward performing abortions. She
believes that women are entitled to choose to have an abortion and that the
National Health Service should provide a more caring and efficient service,
using sympathetic staff and freeing those with moral objections from
performing abortions. (KIE abstract) | en |
