Mr. Enoch Powell's Bill
Lancet. 1985 May 18; 1(8438): 1170.

The Government plans to submit a bill for the regulation of embryo research in the autumn which will address issues arising from the Warnock Report. Mr. Powell and his supporters plan to attack any measures the Government proposes for overseeing research on early human embryos. (KIE abstract)
