Abstract
In Planned Parenthood of Southeastern Pennsylvania v. Casey, 112 S. Ct. 2791 (1992), the U.S. Supreme Court once again reviewed the constitutionality of abortion-restrictive legislation, reworking the principles that had been originally set out in Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973).
