...This article reports on research about the moral reasoning used by rural Nebraskans to explain their views regarding universal access to healthcare and reimbursement reform. The ethics expressed by these Nebraskans are rooted in the traditional cultural context of their communities and upbringing, but contemporary realities of rural life may be straining the viability of their reasoning.
