Held in Gaston Hall and sponsored by the School of Foreign Service. First to speak is a representative of the World UniversityService fund raising appeal to aid Hungarian refugee students, American University graduate student Harold Semling. Mr. Semling is followed by the Director of Education for the Archdiocese of Washington Rev. John S. Spence and by the Chair of the Foundation for Religious Action in the Social and Civic Order Charles W. Lowry.
