A studio audience composed of health care officials, physicians, law scholars, and interested laypersons discusses a pregnant woman's right to behave as she wishes on the television program Express (San Francisco KQED). Pamela Ray Stewart had sex with her husband and took drugs during pregnancy after being told that such actions would be detrimental to the health of the fetus. She was accused of the death and criminal neglect of her son, but charges against her were dropped.
