Topics covered are: science, technology, and society; professional ethics and questionable scientific research, the forms of scientific misconduct, and whistle-blowing and scientific misconduct. The program includes an interview with Dr. Steven Turner, a professor of Philosophy at the University of South Florida. He provides both a historical and contemporary overview of these issues. A written guide accompanies the program. It concludes with self-study questions.
