Intensive Care (1996)
This one hour program focuses on a unique team of ethicists at the University of Chicago Medical Center. The program is a four-part story that takes the viewer behind the scenes to the bedside to examine the state of the world of medical ethics in a society that is so technically advanced that doctors, families, and patients actually have the power to decide between life and death. The University of Chicago Medical Center hosts a rapid response team to provide medical ethics advice to physicians when they need it. Dr. Mark Siegler is in the program. The program aired on August 9, 1996 and July 6, 1997.
